inforcer Product Roadmap Webinar: Q2 2026

MSP WEBINAR · ON-DEMAND · 55 MINS

Matthé Smit, Chief Product Officer, inforcer; Frederick Bendzius-Drennan, VP of AI Transformation, inforcer

Matthé Smit, Chief Product Officer at inforcer, sets out what has shipped and what the Q2 2026 roadmap adds across three themes: securing Microsoft 365 tenants, daily management and AI. Frederick Bendzius-Drennan, VP of AI Transformation, co-hosts. Recent releases covered include new tenant licenses, Blueprint baselines, a snapshot-based backup and restore engine, PSA ticketing and scheduled reports. The session previews public onboarding links, Intune assignment management, device and Win32 app management, Copilot adoption dashboards and Shadow AI detection.

Key takeaways

1

Blueprint baselines package MSP projects as subscriptions. Built in-house and inspired by CIS, which can be too rigid for MSPs, Blueprint baselines package projects like mobile application management or email protection, and one tenant can align to several.

2

Backup and restore doubles as drift management. Since the March release replaced nightly backups, inforcer snapshots a tenant each time you open it and captures changes as they appear, so you can save known good checkpoints and undo single policy changes, including assignments.

3

The roadmap adds self-service onboarding for prospects. The Q2 roadmap promised permanent onboarding links for April: prospects enter their own domain and consent, with read-only or read-write access and a free prospecting license, so nobody shares Global Administrator credentials.

4

Copilot amplifies problems already in the tenant. A threat actor with access can use Copilot to find and exfiltrate sensitive data, so Frederick Bendzius-Drennan's readiness pyramid stacks security, then data governance, on top of real-world use cases.

5

Shadow AI data starts the Copilot conversation. The Shadow AI open beta announced in the session reads Defender Cloud Discovery to show who uses generative AI apps and which are high risk, giving sales teams proof that staff already use AI and need a governed option.
